Keeping in view the degradation of values in the contemporary society and the status of teachers, VDIT, Krishan Vihar, Delhi, strive to achieve excellence in the area of teacher education and try to bring out teachers who can transmit the age old values and retain the status of teachers. Our institute is filled with student teachers who can carry the light of knowledge which can remove the veil of ignorance prevailed in the society. The institute provides quality teaching learning experiences to the students with the use of ICT and field experiences. The dedicated teachers of our institute mould the students to cope up with the challenges of twenty- first century.

ABOUT V.D.I.T
V.D. (Varun Dhaka) Institute of Technology affiliated to SCERT, New Delhi, is established with the aim of creating teachers who can meet challenges to enter into the 21st century.
The Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) course, is started in 2005 with the objective to create a group of quality teacher who can contribute better to the society. Total no. of seats allotted is 50. ETE is a full time Diploma Course of Two year duration Medium of Instruction for all subjects shall be English/ Hindi. The Syllabus of the course consists of theory papers, School Experience programme, assignments, seminars, workshops and practical work etc.
